PRIVACY AND DOCUMENT HANDLING

Your documents deserve careful handling.

Remote Notarize Now is a dedicated intake website operated as part of the existing Notary Ninjas, LLC platform.

Effective date: November 3, 2026. This notice explains how this new website handles booking requests. For the complete operational policy of the integrated business, also review the Notary Ninjas privacy policy ↗.

What we collect

When you request a remote notary, the form collects uploaded document files, primary contact details, each signer's name, email, phone, optional date of birth, identification type and expiration date, the document category, preferred appointment details, witness requests and any notes you provide. The booking form does not request credit card numbers or identification document numbers. We may collect routine website and security-log data such as request time and network address for operations and abuse prevention.

Why we collect it

The information is used to assess the request, coordinate signers, arrange qualified notarial assistance, communicate scheduling and session instructions, support related payment and record workflows, and comply with applicable recordkeeping and fraud-prevention requirements.

One shared booking system

This domain uses the booking and directory software of Notary Ninjas, LLC. New requests are stored in the existing private remote-notary session workflow and database rather than in a new, separate public document repository. Authorized personnel and assigned notaries may access necessary information through the existing platform, subject to permissions and applicable procedures.

File handling and retention

Temporary uploaded session documents are handled under Notary Ninjas' existing file deletion procedures after session completion or cancellation. Other records, including notarial journal entries, legally required audio-video session recordings, payment records and audit records, may have longer legally required retention periods and are not governed by the same temporary-upload deletion schedule. New York generally requires ten-year retention for notarial journals and remote electronic notarial recordings. See the parent privacy policy for current operational details and exceptions.

Security and third-party systems

Document submissions should occur only over HTTPS. The site delegates protected storage, notifications, client records, and subsequent authorized session steps to the existing Notary Ninjas platform and providers. These providers may include identity verification, communications, payment or remote notarization vendors relevant to the confirmed service. No website can promise absolute security, and users should avoid submitting unrelated sensitive information.

Google reviews and the BBB link

Links to Google and the Better Business Bureau open third-party websites subject to their own privacy policies. This website displays the Notary Ninjas, LLC BBB A− rating but does not represent the business as BBB accredited.

Your choices and questions

Contact us about a booking, correction, privacy inquiry or document-handling concern at hello@brooklynnotaryninjas.com. Legal record retention or verified transaction requirements may limit the ability to delete specific records.

Important distinction

Temporary document uploads and the notary's legally required journal and recording are separate categories of records. Deletion of an uploaded working copy does not mean a legally required notarization record is deleted.
