1. Request, not a completed notarial act

Submitting a document and signer details initiates a request for review and scheduling. It is not confirmation of an appointment, performance of a notarial act, an electronic signature service, a guarantee of availability or an acceptance determination by a third-party recipient.

2. Eligibility and recipient acceptance

The notary will determine whether the requested notarial act can be performed under the commissioning jurisdiction's law and any applicable provider rules. You are responsible for confirming acceptance and form requirements with the recipient, lender, attorney, title insurer, recorder or other receiving organization. Certain documents or signers may be ineligible for RON.

3. Signer participation and identity

Each signer must provide accurate details, meet applicable identification and identity-proofing requirements, and participate personally as required. The notary may refuse or stop an appointment when legal conditions are not satisfied, including identity, capacity, voluntariness, or document requirements.

4. Pricing and payment

The website provides a preliminary estimate based on the currently published Notary Ninjas guest booking rate. Final charges, if any, are confirmed through the existing platform and may involve additional acts, signers, witnesses, services or platform fees. This new domain does not process or store payment card numbers.

5. Documents and permitted use

Upload only documents you are authorized to provide, and provide truthful information. Do not use the service to submit unlawful, forged, fraudulent or third-party information without appropriate authority. Do not sign documents in advance if the specific notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence.

6. Availability and communications

Preferred dates, time zones, selected notaries and earliest-available requests are preferences only. Confirmation is subject to operational availability and document review. You agree to receive transaction-related email or telephone communications necessary to respond to your request.

7. Privacy and legally required records

Booking and document data are processed through the integrated Notary Ninjas platform and its applicable privacy policy. Temporary document handling is distinct from legally mandated notarial journal or recording retention.
